This programme is for anyone looking to do something creative – have you always wanted to try designing a graphic novel or trying your hand at traditional oil painting and life drawing? Maybe you want to progress your spoken word and poetry skills or learn how to upcycle old clothes? Is this the summer you learn how to make your own film or pen your first novel? Here we have classes and events to inspire you.

This is where you will find the activities that don’t want to be in just one box! We have cultural events, family days out, activities in libraries, residentials and camping and lots more!

Are you interested in the fashion and beauty or wellness industries? Do you follow the trends or have your own? Come and take a look at some of the events and courses on offer and learn nail art, take part in outdoor yoga or learn to make your own clothes.

We have plenty of sports and fitness courses on offer this summer, including: athletics, tennis and boxing and martial arts. For the less conventional why not try gym training or gain a nationally recognised accreditation in sports coaching? We have low cost access to swimming pools or maybe you would rather organised park walks for young families. We have a range of activities and events for anyone who is active, or courses for those who need to relax and get over that exam stress.

Here you will find events, taster sessions and courses to help with all aspects of life skills and work. You can work with professionals who can guide you to setting up your own business, gain an emergency first aid qualification, get a taster of event planning with your very own public event, and even test out an occupation for a day.

The Camden Holiday Activities and Food Programme is a new Department for Education (DfE) funded programme of Holiday Activities for children and young people aged 5-16 years. The programme offers the children and young people eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) free access to activities and healthy hot meal on the day. Camden Council has received funding from the DfE to deliver a HAF programmes in the borough - working in partnership with the Young Camden Foundation (YCF).

There are plenty of activities over the summer for 0-10 year olds and their families. Play days in the park, library story times and arts & crafts – there is something for even the youngest Camden resident.
